Job summary

McMenamins SPANISH BALLROOM is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee all ballroom operations, assist with concerts and events, and lead a team of bartenders, box office staff, and event personnel. The AM will ensure safe, efficient service and collaborate with performers and promoters for successful shows.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, managing labor, handling on-site settlements, and ensuring all systems are ready for events.

Qualifications

• Must have intermediate level in management, table service, and box office operations.
• Experience with bartending or venue staff roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with policies and procedures of hospitality venues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Spanish Ballroom operations under ballroom and general managers.
• Assist with concert/event productions with artists, staff, and promoters.
• Manage venue staff and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth events.
