McMenamins Six Arms in Seattle is hiring an Assistant-Assistant Manager (AAM) to support all pub operations under the Pub Manager's guidance. The AAM will host, supervise, and ensure smooth shift execution while coordinating front-of-house tasks and guest relations.

Formación

• Must obtain and maintain WA food handlers and liquor license
• 21+ years
• Previous supervisory experience is required
• Excellent knowledge of wine, ales and spirits
• Available to work FT with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Assist in all pub operations under the guidance and direction of the Pub Manager
• Oversee the smooth and effective running of the shift as host
• Take food and beverage orders, deliver products, and cashier
• Set up, maintain, and breakdown service areas for efficient and safe service
• Train staff and manage side work; manage labor and customer service issues
