McMenamins SPANISH BALLROOM is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee all ballroom operations under the Ballroom Manager and General Manager. You will assist with concert and event productions, manage staff, and ensure smooth load-in/out and vendor coordination.

The role requires ability to work under pressure, manage a team, and coordinate with diverse vendors. Prior bartending and management experience are preferred; current food handler and MAST liquor licenses are required.

Formación

• Must obtain current food handlers and MAST liquor license.
• 21+ years old.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred though not required.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all Spanish Ballroom operations under Ballroom Manager and General Manager guidance.
• Assist with execution of concerts and events with artists, staff and promoters.
• Oversee venue operations from load-in to load-out and manage venue staff.
• Handle show-day settlements with bands/tour managers/promoters and cash flows.
• Ensure venue is properly maintained, staffed, and equipped for events.
• Provide safe, efficient, and customer-focused service; solve problems as they arise.
