Job summary

Harkins Theatres is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Senior and General Managers in daily theatre operations and to supervise team members and team leaders. The role emphasizes guest experience, policy adherence, and smooth department functioning.

The position requires 1+ year of management experience, strong guest service skills, and proficiency with MS Excel/Word/Outlook. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and candidates should be available during peak times.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Movie theatre experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good written and verbal English language skills; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Have work availability during our busiest times.

Responsibilities

• Oversees guest services to ensure guests have the best movie-going experience.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures; ensures TMs and TLs do the same.
• Assists with inventory and deliveries.
• Inspects all delivery contents and corrects errors or damages.
• Upholds standards for film presentation including projection procedures and repairs as needed.
