Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Spaceport Experience Coordinator to help plan and execute employee programming, events, and onsite services at Starbase. You will manage vendor logistics, onboarding materials, and guest tours, ensuring seamless experiences for employees and visitors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, partnering with facilities, culinary, and leadership to deliver SpaceX standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in hospitality, event coordination, operations, or employee engagement.
• Proficiency with standard office software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for experience events and programming.
• Lead tours for schools, VIPs, and internal guests.
• Manage resident orientation flow and amenity walkthroughs.
• Oversee onsite service vendors and scheduling.
• Update internal calendars and announcements.
• Track vendor invoices and purchase orders.
• Prepare event materials with technicians and specialists.
• Collaborate with facilities, culinary, housekeeping, hospitality, and onsite leadership.
• Collect feedback to inform program improvements.
