Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Spaceport Experience Coordinator to support planning and execution of employee programming, events, and onsite services at Starbase. You will manage vendor logistics, onboarding materials, tours, and guest support to ensure a seamless daily experience and uphold SpaceX standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in hospitality, event coordination, operations, or employee engagement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong multitasking and time management.
• Proactive, collaborative work style and service orientation.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating events, vendors, or guest-facing programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for experience events and programming, including timelines and onsite execution.
• Lead support for school, VIP, and internal tours with prep materials and handoffs.
• Manage resident orientation flow and service introductions.
• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and communication for onsite service vendors.
• Assist with weekly updates to internal calendars and announcements.
• Track vendor invoices, purchase orders, and related expenses.
• Collaborate with facilities, culinary, housekeeping, hospitality, and onsite leadership.
• Help collect feedback to inform program improvements.
