Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Spaceport Experience Coordinator to support planning and execution of employee programming, events, onsite services, and initiatives at Starbase. You will manage vendor logistics, onboarding for new residents, and lead tours and guest support to ensure seamless experiences that meet SpaceX standards.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years in hospitality, event coordination, operations, or employee engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for experience events and programming, timelines, run-of-show, vendor support, RSVPs, and onsite execution.
• Lead support for school, VIP, and internal tours, ensuring prep materials and tour logistics are complete.
• Manage resident orientation flow, welcome materials, amenity walkthroughs, and service introductions.
• Oversee scheduling and communication for onsite service vendors (e.g. massage therapists, barbers, dog groomers).
• Assist with weekly updates to internal calendars and communication platforms.
• Track and submit vendor invoices, purchase orders, and related expense documentation.
• Collaborate with facilities, culinary, housekeeping, hospitality, and onsite leadership to align execution.
• Help collect feedback and observations to inform program improvements and planning.
