Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Spaceport Experience Coordinator to support planning and execution of employee programming, events, onsite services, and special initiatives at Starbase. You will manage vendor logistics, onboarding new residents, and lead tours and guest support, ensuring day-to-day offerings meet SpaceX standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, operations, or employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for experience events and programming, including timelines and onsite execution.
• Lead support for school, VIP, and internal tours with prepared materials and handoffs.
• Manage resident orientation flow, assisting with welcome materials and service introductions.
• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and communication for onsite service vendors.
• Assist with weekly updates to internal calendars and announcements.
• Track vendor invoices, purchase orders, and related expense documentation.
• Collaborate with technicians to prep event materials and ensure programs are properly staged.
• Partner cross-functionally with facilities, culinary, housekeeping, hospitality, and onsite leadership to align execution.
• Collect feedback and observations to inform program improvements and planning.
