Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Spaceport Experience Coordinator to support planning and execution of employee programming, events, onsite services, and guest experiences at Starbase. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, operations, or employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for experience events and programming, including timelines, run-of-show, vendor support, RSVPs, and onsite execution.
• Serve as a lead support for school, VIP, and internal tours, ensuring prep materials, handoffs, and tour logistics are complete and aligned.
• Manage resident orientation flow, assisting with welcome materials, amenity walkthroughs, and service introductions.
• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and communication for onsite service vendors (e.g. massage therapists, barbers, dog groomers).
• Assist with weekly updates to internal calendars and communication platforms, including announcements and service reminders.
• Track and submit vendor invoices, purchase orders, and related expense documentation.
• Collaborate with technicians and specialists to prep event materials and ensure all programs are properly staged and supported.
• Partner cross-functionally with facilities, culinary, housekeeping, hospitality, and onsite leadership to align execution.
• Help collect feedback and observations to inform program improvements and planning.
