Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervision/leadership position in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with discreet production and processing through the manufacturing flow.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide dotted line leadership to the C shift production team (Fri-Sun, 5am-5:30pm) and contribute to hiring and performance reviews.
• Prioritize work with site leadership based on production schedule and goals.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to engineering specs.
• Develop and implement cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering to document and standardize production processes.
• Setup new production areas, layouts, tooling, and equipment.
