Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks an engineer to support Lunar Permanence by developing CAD layouts and detailed drawings for structural, fluids, and avionics subsystems. You will create and maintain assemblies, parts, and datasets using Creo Parametric and Windchill, ensuring GD&T standards are met and design intent is clearly communicated.

The role requires an associate degree in CAD & Design with 2+ years in aerospace or related fields, strong attention to detail, and teamwork across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CAD & Design with aerospace exposure.
• Experience in drawing generation using Creo and Windchill.
• Familiarity with GD&T per ASME Y14.5 standard and aerospace hardware.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/evolve design layouts and create detail part and assembly drawings.
• Support engineering with mechanical layouts for structural, fluids, and electronics parts.
• Apply standard design and manufacturing methods to balance cost, schedule and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop world‑class engineered products.
