Qualifications

• Organized and self-directed with scaling capability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across all technical and non-technical units.
• Partner with hiring managers to dissect role requirements and design efficient interview loops.
• Facilitate post-interview debriefs and document actionable feedback.
• Proactive sourcing and talent networking to cultivate a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
• Represent Star Catcher at conferences and events to seed long-term pipelines.
• Drive process improvements in talent acquisition workflows and growth initiatives.
