Quantum Space is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build a high-caliber team for space mobility initiatives. You will own end-to-end recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations, moving with urgency and partnering with senior leaders to close critical roles.

The role is contract-based with potential to convert, based in Rockville, MD or Tulsa, OK, with hourly compensation and a focus on delivering top talent at pace.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in aerospace/defense/space or highly technical industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and other platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, program management and operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends and compensation expectations.
• Meet recruiting metrics and hiring progress.
• Represent Quantum Space at industry events and university recruiting events.
