Job summary

SpaceX in Palo Alto is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter (Starlink) to lead full lifecycle recruitment for engineers, supply chain and technical operations.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding with a focus on building a robust pipeline and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of recruiting experience, comfort with high-volume roles, and ability to engage with directors and VPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years; or 7+ years of experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
• Strong experience in engineering, supply chain or niche disciplines is preferred
• Experience with in-house recruiting and full lifecycle processes

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk with sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of top talent
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for mission critical roles
• Develop outreach strategies and relationships with clients and candidates
