Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to lead a full desk, sourcing and screening engineers for mission-critical roles in Starbase, Texas. You will manage interviews, offers, and onboarding with close collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while representing SpaceX with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience as a recruiter.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and/or aerospace engineers.
• Experience with high volume recruiting and full lifecycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions and source top candidates.
• Source candidates who are not actively looking and discuss screened candidates with client groups.
• Give tours to candidates before onsite interviews.
• Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates.
• Assist with offers, background checks, and new hire paperwork with HR and compensation teams.
