Star Catcher Industries, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking an energetic, highly organized People Operations Manager to scale our rapidly growing team.

You will be the tactical engine across onboarding, benefits administration, talent acquisition support, and HRIS/ATS data integrity to support high-velocity operations. As we expand into a new high-tech facility, you will help design retention programs, implement structured review processes, and drive compliant HR processes across

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in HR support, talent operations, or people operations roles in high-growth tech/hardware/aerospace.
• Core HR Operations knowledge: onboarding logistics, candidate scheduling, and benefits administration.
• Systems proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms and modern office tools (Google Workspace, Slack, MS Office).
• High attention to detail and discretion handling confidential employee data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding workflow for all new hires.
• Coordinate I-9 verification, background checks, system access, local orientation, and first-week schedules.
• Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day employee questions on health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and perks.
• Assist with open enrollment, benefits carrier updates, and leave administration.
• Partner with managers to define hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and manage ATS records.
