Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Manager to support NASA contracts within the Exploration, Environment & Earth Intelligence Division. The PM will execute strategy, oversee services and contractor deliverables, and supervise personnel assigned to the program.

The ideal candidate will be the primary customer liaison, lead cross-functional teams, and drive on-contract growth while maintaining high technical and performance standards. Relocation and proximity to NASA JSC are valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, CS, or related field; 15+ years of technical and supervisory/management experience.
5+ years of program management experience on technical contracts with annual value $30M+.
Experience managing IDIQ contracts including Firm-Fixed-Price and cost-reimbursable CLINs/Task Orders.
Experience supervising simulation and modeling and/or aerospace software development activities.
Experience with AS9100 or equivalent quality management systems.
Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication; able to present to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of accountability for overall contract performance, managing scope, cost, schedule, staffing, and technical quality.
Primary contact for CO, COR, and customer technical leadership.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Plan, organize, and manage multiple teams across technical scope areas.
Oversee contract labor resources, equipment, and supplies within budgets.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, OCI, and information security obligations.
Mentor and develop employees for career growth.
