Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Manager to lead NASA contracts within the Exploration, Environment & Earth Intelligence Division. This role serves as the primary customer contact, oversees technical teams, and ensures program success across cost, schedule, and performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a technical field and 15+ years' experience in engineering/supervisory roles, including 5+ years in program management on large contracts. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years' program management experience on a technical program or large task order worth $30M+ per year.
• Experience managing IDIQ contracts, including FFP and cost-reimbursable CLINs/TOs.
• Experience overseeing simulation/modeling and aerospace software development activities.
• Experience with AS9100 or equivalent quality management systems.
• Strong leadership, financial, risk, and organizational change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Single point of accountability for overall contract performance (scope, cost, schedule, staffing, quality).
• Primary contact for CO, COR, and customer technical leadership.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan, organize and manage multiple teams across technical scope areas.
• Oversee budgets for contract labor, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with contract provisions and information security obligations.
