Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking a Program Manager to support the Exploration, Environment & Earth Intelligence Division. The PM will be the primary customer contact, supervise staff, and manage contract scope, cost, schedule, and quality across multiple projects. Requires a Bachelor's in engineering/computer science with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 8+ years.

PM experience (4+ years) in technical programs. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ program management experience in a technical program.
• Experience with contract types, such as FFP.
• Experience in financial management, performance management, and risk/change management.
• Experience overseeing multi-function project teams in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the single point of accountability for overall contract performance.
• Primary point of contact for the customer (CO, COR, and technical leadership).
• Building strong relationships with customers ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Planning, organizing and managing multiple teams led by experienced technical leads.
• Working with leaders and partners to execute contract plans.
• Generates forecasts for budget, labor resources, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform contract management tasks to meet obligations defined per contract provisions.
• Ensuring program is optimally staffed with appropriate skill levels.
• Overseeing multi-function project teams responsible for deliverables.
• Managing subcontractor and teaming partner performance where applicable.
• Communicating program status to customer and Leidos Division Manager.
• Support proposal, recompete, and business-growth activities.
• Mentoring and developing employees for future growth opportunities.
