Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• 4+ years of production management in manufacturing/operations.
• Strong organizational and people skills in a multi-shift environment.
• Ability to build trust and foster an inclusive culture.
• Experience coordinating across 4 shifts (A,B,C,D).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of shift leads, technical leads, and technicians.
• Review designs with engineers and support test development.
• Manage resource projections and staffing to meet schedules.
• Provide daily status updates on hardware deliveries.
• Ensure training records and tool/calibration compliance.
• Maintain stock of consumables and adherence to 5S and FOD controls.
