Blue Origin in Huntsville is seeking a Supervisory role for the CPV team within the Operations group. You will lead a team of shift leads, technical leads, and technicians handling cleaning, passivation, and verification for spaceflight hardware.

You will ensure quality, train staff, and manage scheduling and budgets. The role requires a track record in manufacturing leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work across shifts.

Qualifications

• Certification in precision cleaning and chemical processing per AMS2700.
• 4+ years managing production in manufacturing, fabrication, test, or operations.
• Knowledge of drawing/work order review and issue tracking systems.
• Ability to manage personnel across all 4 shifts (A,B,C,D).
• US citizenship, permanent residency or eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel including recruiting, performance reviews, coaching, scheduling, and labor tracking.
• Promote teamwork and maintain morale.
• Collaborate with engineers on design concepts and process development.
• Oversee resource projections and staffing to meet schedules.
• Provide status updates on hardware deliveries in daily meetings.
• Develop training and maintain training records.
