Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a dynamic Manager of Manufacturing Ops & Assembly to oversee aerospace component production. You will lead teams to achieve excellence, develop production plans, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality standards across facilities.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in aerospace manufacturing. Space Coast location with relocation available and potential OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, Military, or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Mentor manufacturing teams and foster teamwork and information sharing.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to address manufacturing challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and metrics.
• Monitor production performance and report to senior management.
