Qualifications

• One year as Administrative Officer 2 or four years of progressively responsible office management experience.
• Experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple workspace utilization projects for high-visibility agencies and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical staff, suppliers, and agencies to gather needs and translate into plans; present to executives.
• Coordinate floor plan design, schematics, space analysis, and lease specification development.
• Provide technical guidance to staff on design software; train agency liaisons on space management systems.
• Use enterprise data platforms to monitor project status and reports.
• Ensure workspace plans follow accessibility requirements, safety codes, and space utilization standards.
