Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks an Assistant Space Management Project Manager to support space planning, relocations, and project coordination for state agencies. You will help ensure efficient use of facilities and compliance with safety and lease standards.

The role involves field measurements, reporting in the TRIRIGA system, and collaboration with multiple agencies to maximize taxpayer value. Telework may be available part-time with in-office presence at Harrisburg.

Qualifications

• One year as Administrative Officer 1 or equivalent Federal Government title or three years of office management experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience with budgeting, procurement, personnel management, or related duties.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, renovation, and relocation efforts with space managers and agency partners.
• Use the TRIRIGA system to track projects and prepare reports, occupancy plans, and inventories.
• Collect space measurements, review conditions, and recommend best use of areas.
• Help study owned and leased properties to identify shared space or cost-saving opportunities.
• Work with suppliers and project leads to present furniture layout options.
• Consider safety, accessibility, and lease requirements when supporting plans.
