Job summary

Radiant Industries in El Segundo, CA is seeking an IT Support Analyst to be the first line of support for end users, handling computers, software, hardware, and network issues. This role emphasizes proactive process improvements and strong customer service to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 1+ years in IT support, and hands-on experience with Windows troubleshooting, Jira, and scalable documentation. Onsite in El Segundo HQ with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
1+ years in a help desk, IT associate, analyst, or similar position.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Windows devices.
Excellent and effective verbal and written communication.
Must have great attention to detail in issue resolution and proactive follow-up.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical assistance and support to in-person and remote end users, resolving issues with computers, software, hardware, networks, and peripherals.
Manage the support request software system, Jira, to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Maintain IT inventory including workstations and accessories.
Collaborate with other members of IT to complete user-facing projects.
Provide smooth and effective onboarding and off-boarding for all employees and contractors.
Develop and maintain documentation and processes as the company scales.
