Job summary

S2Technologies is actively seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide end-user, system, and network support at Schriever SFB, CO. The role involves hands-on and remote work on end-user and shared devices, network devices, and VPN services.

The position requires at least 6 months of Helpdesk experience, basic networking knowledge, Windows OS familiarity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Secret clearance and IAT Level II certification are required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Helpdesk Support Experience.
• Basic understanding of networking including OSI model concepts and Windows OS fundamentals.
• Experience with installing, configuring, updating, and troubleshooting end-user devices and shared equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user, system, and network support both on-site and remotely.
• Accurately document issues and updates in the ticketing system per SOPs.
• Assist with devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP phones, printers, and VPN workstations.
• Monitor network capabilities and help resolve performance issues.
