Qualifications

• 6+ years experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles and closing top tier engineering talent (startup/software experience preferred).
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers and Directors, tracking pipeline progress.

Responsibilities

• Move fast, source and track a high volume of candidates with open communication to stakeholders.
• Build partnership with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Develop data-driven narratives from pipeline/metrics to inform momentum and decisions.
• Provide SME guidance on prospecting techniques, tooling and process improvements.
