Qualifications

• 6+ years recruiting for technical roles and closing top-tier engineering talent.
• 4+ years client interaction experience with Hiring Managers.
• Experience in consultative roles directing candidate outcomes.
• Strong technical skills understanding for engineering positions.
• Clear communication of candidate motivations and fit.
• Experience managing candidate funnels.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of applicant screening methods.
• Familiarity with various sourcing avenues.
