Hydrate IV Bar Madison is seeking a energetic Spa & Sales Coordinator to create an exceptional client experience while contributing to business growth. You will work with our clinical team to help clients understand their options and feel confident in their Hydrate experience.

This is a client-facing hospitality and sales role focused on building relationships and achieving measurable goals, with weekday and weekend shifts and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Ability to guide clients through services and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a polished experience at every visit.
• Guide clients through services, memberships, and packages.
• Assist with scheduling, check-in, checkout, and payment processing.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and perform administrative tasks.
• Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and spa organization.
• Support community partnerships and off-site events.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support client needs.
