Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to deliver elevated, high‑touch service in a boutique wellness clinic. You will be the first contact for patients, create a refined experience, handle scheduling, paperwork, and payments, and support the RN to ensure smooth patient flow across locations.

This full‑time role requires 8:00 AM–8:00 PM availability, 4–5 shifts per week with at least one weekend shift, and a commitment to the Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and San Marcos

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high‑volume patient or customer service environment.
• 1+ year in high‑end customer service or boutique hospitality – preferred.
• Schedule flexibility between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM; availability for at least one weekend shift.
• Commitment to work at all listed locations: Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, San Marcos.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and support the RN in providing care to patients in a fast‑paced environment.
• Assist the RN in opening and/or closing the clinic each day.
• Perform basic administrative, clerical, and technical tasks to coordinate patient care.
• Manage phones: answer calls, return missed calls, document calls in a timely manner.
• Maintain clinic and nursing supplies inventory; record deliveries.
• Promote service packages and memberships.
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure a positive patient experience at the clinic.
