• Organized and able to balance client interactions with administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a professional, friendly experience from check-in through checkout.
• Build relationships with new and returning clients; educate on services, memberships, and packages.
• Discuss pricing and guide clients through purchasing decisions; follow up via phone, text, and email.
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-in, checkout, and accurate client records.
• Assist with occasional community partnerships, events, and daily operations.
