PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, FL seeks a Director of Spa & Wellness to oversee day-to-day spa operations, staff supervision, budget management, and program development. You will guide service quality, marketing initiatives, and guest experiences across all spa areas, while coordinating with other resort departments and leading PR activities.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates all supervisors of spa departments
• Oversees hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all spa staff with supervisors' assistance
• Participates in development and oversight of the spa operating budget
• Establishes job descriptions and SOPs for the total spa operation
• Guides and supervises ongoing program development and staff training in all departments
• Maintains knowledge of each program area and updates accordingly
• Researches and develops new spa treatments and programs to create new packages
• Performs duties of programmers, reception, spa attendants, and salesclerks to ensure procedures and quality
• Conducts regular formal spa staff meetings for training and inspiration
• Coordinates with resort departments to ensure smooth functioning of the spa
• Oversees spa facilities and equipment maintenance
• Monitors cleanliness and orderliness of the spa facility
• Orders equipment and maintains inventory control for all spa areas
• Works with marketing to develop spa marketing
• Plans and coordinates seminars/presentations to guests on spa topics
• Represents the spa in interviews with the press and participates in PR events as needed
• Recommends special projects/promotions and executes them as directed by leadership
• Guides staff in guest relations and satisfaction
• Participates in resort decisions as a member of the Executive Committee
• Full-Time Management position with flexible schedule including days/nights, weekends and holidays
