Qualifications

• Education in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Spa & Wellness, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, hospitality, or guest service.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa Director in planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily Spa operations.
• Supervise therapists and Spa team members, promoting high standards of service and teamwork.
• Ensure every guest receives a personalized experience by anticipating needs and follows up on preferences.
• Oversee reservations, treatments, schedules, and team availability for organized operations.
• Monitor compliance with Spa quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Professionally handle guest requests, feedback, and special situations.
