Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Ideal past experience would be working in membership driven environment.
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and enhancements.
• Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance and HIPPA compliance.
• Promote health/wellness benefits of consistent massage and skin care.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
• Display a positive, energetic attitude.
• Be a team player.
• Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
• Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office.
• Ability to multitask.
