Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Spa Associate to ensure that our guests have an outstanding spa experience. You will greet guests, answer phones, book appointments, and promote wellness benefits of massage therapy.

The role emphasizes friendly service, professional appearance, and a positive, energetic team player attitude in a fast-paced spa environment. Training and advancement opportunities are available with employee discounts and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with ease while focusing on the guest.
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests.
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades.
