Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Spa Associate to ensure guests enjoy an outstanding spa experience from arrival to departure. You will greet clients, manage phones, book appointments, and upsell memberships and upgrades while maintaining a polished front desk presence.

The role emphasizes a positive, energetic team player who handles multitasking with ease and supports wellness education for clients and colleagues alike.
