Massage Heights is seeking a proactive leader to supervise and guide a Retreat team, driving revenue, profitability, and excellent guest service. The role focuses on recruiting and developing staff, scheduling, and executing daily operations to exceed goals.

You will cultivate a loyal guest base, implement the brand's mission and values, and collaborate with local partners to promote Massage Heights in your area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years membership-based service or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability to managing inventory.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain top talent.
• Create and manage team member schedules for daily operations.
• Set team and individual goals and execute plans to meet them.
• Coach on the floor to support real-time development.
• Foster a guest-centric environment with excellent service.
• Build guest loyalty by following Massage Heights operating system.
• Support brand mission, values, and strategies in the area.
• Plan, prepare, and execute local Massage Heights promotions and events.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses to drive leads.
