Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking a Spa Director who reports to the franchise owner and manages daily location operations. This role leads the team to acquire members, deliver exceptional guest service, and nurture a positive culture.

Responsible for achieving Retreat goals and maintaining standards per Massage Heights policies. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, driving revenue, supervising retreat operations, scheduling, ensuring brand alignment, and leading local marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of membership-based service or retail management experience.
• Experience managing hourly wage employees.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to build and sustain a positive employee culture.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.
• Financial and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain employees.
• Drive revenue and profitability through inventory management and consistency of services.
• Directly supervise retreat operations.
• Create and manage team member schedules for optimal retreat performance.
• Align team and Retreat to brand values and standards.
• Achieve membership sales and retention goals.
• Support and train the brand’s mission, core values, and standards.
• Participate in corporate initiatives including monthly calls and training.
• Set team and Retreat goals; plan and execute actions to meet targets.
• Plan, prepare, and execute events to promote Massage Heights in your area.
• Conduct marketing activities to drive leads and develop local partnerships.
