Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking a dynamic operations leader to supervise all aspects of Retreat operations, drive revenue, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards are followed.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, create schedules, set goals, coach on the floor, and foster guest loyalty through exceptional service.

This role requires at least 2 years of service/retail management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for developing people.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years membership-based service or retail management experience.
• Experience managing hourly wage employees.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic business math and working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability to managing inventory, ensuring brand systems and processes are adhered to with consistency through each shift.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain top talent.
• Effectively create and manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations.
• Set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals.
• Dedicate time to work the floor to provide your team with in-the-moment coaching.
