Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking an Assistant Retreat Director who reports to the Retreat Director. You will assist the Spa Director in supervising all Retreat operations, including revenue, profitability, and inventory management, ensuring daily execution of brand systems.

The role emphasizes guest service excellence, team culture, and development, with varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays. You will contribute to leadership training and a high-performing team across retreats.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or retail management experience.
• Leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution with employees.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining employees.
• Facilitate front desk associate training with coaching and role-playing to support membership sales.
• Manage team member schedules for daily operations.
• Collaborate with the Spa Director to set team goals.
• Create an environment passionate about providing guest service.
• Build guest loyalty by following Massage Heights operating system.
