Massage Heights seeks a Retreat Director to report to the franchise owner and lead daily retreat operations. This leadership role drives membership growth, builds a high-performing team, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and achieves operational excellence.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, driving revenue and profitability, supervising all retreat activities, and maintaining brand standards while coordinating local marketing and member retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of membership-based service and/or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, memberships, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain employees.
• Drive revenue and profitability through operational excellence.
• Directly supervise all retreat operations.
• Create and manage team schedules for optimal performance.
• Uphold Massage Heights brand standards and values.
• Drive membership sales, conversion, and retention.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team.
• Participate in corporate initiatives and training programs.
• Maintain operational standards per policies and procedures.
• Set performance goals and action plans to achieve results.
