Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking an Assistant Retreat Director in Henderson, NV to support the Spa Director with supervising retreat operations, revenue, inventory, and brand processes. The role focuses on guest service excellence and cultivating a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate excels in sales, training, and leadership, with experience in supervision within spa or service environments. This position offers varied hours, weekends, and holidays in a vibrant, wellness-focused retreat setting.

Qualifications

• Previous assistant management or supervisory experience in a spa, retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution with employees.
• Knowledge of POS systems, retail math, and sales reporting.
• Experience with employee onboarding, training, scheduling, and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist, hiring, training, developing and retaining employees
• Facilitate front desk associate training as assigned. Training includes coaching and role-playing to support membership sales
• Manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations
• Collaborate with the Management to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals
• Create an environment that is passionate about providing awesome guest service
• Build guest loyalty by consistently following the proven operating system of Massage Heights
• Ability to manage guest concerns professionally and effectively
