Massage Heights in Henderson, NV is seeking a dynamic leader to head our Leadership Sales Team. You will be the go-to leader during the Retreat Director’s absence, and you will drive standout guest experiences while hitting ambitious sales goals.

You bring at least 2 years of sales and retail management, proven ability to lead hourly teams, and a people-first mindset with exceptional communication and guest service instincts. Join us to coach, motivate, and elevate a team that loves what they do.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales + retail management experience.
• Experience managing hourly teams (lead people, not just processes).
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service instincts.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to leader for all Retreat operations when the Retreat Director is away.
• Set the standard — crush your own sales goals while helping the team hit theirs.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Build an upbeat, service-driven environment where guests feel valued and welcomed.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales metrics.
