Job summary
Massage Heights in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Retreat Director to support the Spa Director in overseeing retreat operations, revenue management, and guest service excellence. This role emphasizes leadership, sales, and staff development; you will recruit, train, coach, and schedule team members, while driving membership sales and delivering a premium guest experience across all shifts.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales or retail management experience.
- Experience leading and coaching staff.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software.
- Basic business math skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining employees.
- Facilitate front desk associate training with coaching and role-playing for membership sales.
- Manage team member schedules for daily operations.
- Collaborate with the Spa Director to set team goals.
- Create an environment focused on delivering exceptional guest service.
- Build guest loyalty by following Massage Heights operating system.
