Job summary

AGUA CALIENTE CASINO RANCHO MIRAGE is seeking a Spa Reservations Agent to handle calls, schedule spa services, and upsell treatments for an optimal guest experience. You will assist guests with policies, directs inquiries to the right departments, and maintain spa knowledge across the property.

Strong English communication, basic computer skills, and familiarity with spa software and Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Answering all incoming and interoffice calls in a professional manner.
• Prior reservations, call center or spa experience desirable.
• Must be able to write messages clearly on a computer and communicate in English.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming and interoffice calls and route to the appropriate person.
• Schedule spa services to create the best guest experience.
• Upsell guests on treatments, add-ons, and upgrades.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal staff.
• Maintain knowledge of spa offerings and property amenities; assist with general clerical duties.
