Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years spa customer and operations experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and must be computer literate.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist front desk with check-in/out, collect payments, retail sales and spa service reservations.
• Handle guest concerns escalated by the front desk staff and maintain pertinent records.
• Ensure proper execution of front desk audit functions and maintain spa inventory.
• Input and update guest information in the spa software system.
• Provide excellent guest service and support to both guests and internal staff.
