Responsibilities

• Assist with cashiering/billing to process payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Support hotel reservations and room inventory management.
• Provide information on events, promotions, and entertainment.
• Adhere to internal controls and standard operating procedures.
• Stand, move, and work throughout the office and properties as required.
