Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to quickly and accurately write messages on a computer.
• Prior reservations experience, call center and or spa experience desirable.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to speak clearly and concisely on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and interoffice calls and transfer as needed.
• Schedule spa services to create the best guest experience.
• Upsell spa services, add-ons and upgrades.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal staff.
• Maintain knowledge of Sunstone Spa and The Spa at Sec-he and related property outlets.
