Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Call Center/Receptionist in Rancho Mirage, CA to handle inbound and interoffice calls using Forbes service standards. You will route calls, perform clerical tasks, and deliver outstanding guest service across Agua Caliente properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to quickly and accurately write messages on a computer.
• Prior experience with paging systems desirable.
• Prior experience working in a call center desirable.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to speak clearly and concisely on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and interoffice calls, transfers call accordingly to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal staff.
• Maintains knowledge of Agua Caliente Casinos properties and related systems.
• May perform clerical duties such as typing and proofreading.
• Adhere to Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, ACCRS and SOPs.
