Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a Reservations/Guest Services representative for the Spa venues. You will answer calls, schedule spa services, and assist guests with policies while promoting upsells to enhance their experience.

The role requires maintaining spa knowledge, communicating clearly on the phone, and using spa software and Microsoft Office to support daily operations. English proficiency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to quickly and accurately write messages on a computer.
• Prior reservations experience, call center and/or spa experience desirable.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to speak clearly and concisely on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and interoffice calls, transfer to appropriate person/department.
• Schedule spa services to create the best guest experience.
• Upsell guests in treatments, add-ons and upgrades.
• Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal staff.
• Handle inquiries regarding Sunstone Spa and The Spa at Sec-he and other property outlets.
• Maintain knowledge of Spa operations using the property management system and company resources.
